Partan Communications LLC specializes in communication skills coaching.  We help individuals to hone their public speaking, selling, negotiating, interviewing and interacting skills. We help senior executives communicate with clarity, confidence and a commanding presence. Our clients come from many diverse industries including professional services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, oil and chemicals and range from entry-level employees to top-level executives.

Group and private sessions are available.  Each session is custom-designed to meet client needs.  Each session includes extensive practice, digital recording and personalized coaching.


About Kathryn Partan

Kathryn Partan brings an extensive background in communication skills coaching to her clients.  She draws from her experience in not-for-profit management, development and the performing arts to help her clients achieve solid skill improvement.  During her many years in the not-for-profit sector, Ms. Partan coached thousands of people to communicate effectively in a fundraising environment. She has raised millions of dollars for charitable causes. Ms. Partan has worked with arts organizations including the Metropolitan Opera and the Newport Art Museum. She served on senior management teams at Cincinnati Opera and Capital Repertory Company. While at Cincinnati Opera, she specialized in corporate relations, working closely with senior executives to design sponsorship packages.

Ms. Partan also brings her background as a vocalist into the coaching room.  Her years of vocal training bring an added benefit to her clients.  She helps her clients with breathing, phrasing, volume and vocal expression.

Ms. Partan received an MBA in Management from the University of Cincinnati. She also holds a BA in English from The College of the Holy Cross.

Prior to founding Partan Communications, Kathryn Partan coached thousands of individuals in many diverse large and small corporations.
